Born on 25th June 1967 , obtained B.A., LL.B., LL.M. and Ph.D Degrees from Osmania University and P.G. Diploma in Human Rights from University of Hyderabad. Topper and Triple Gold Medalist in LL.B and Topper in LL.M. (Constitutional Law) and Gold Medalist. Secured his Ph.D. Degree on "Judicial Activism and Supreme Court" as a Junior Research Fellow of UGC. Authored 18 well received books and published more than 42 articles in standard law journals. His books "Women and the Law" and "Judicial Activism in India" were favourably reviewed in the  Hindu by Justice Krishna Iyer.He has authored two popular books on IPR  entitled "Intellectual Property Rights and Law" and "Copyright Law in India". Successfully organized several National Seminars on  the Constitution of India Enforcement of Copyright Law in India and Administrative Tribunals etc. Successfully guided four Ph.D.scholars including one on IPRs and at present guiding six scholars in Osmania University and three Ph.D. Scholars as an external guide in Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. Attended more than   40 National and International Seminars, Conferences and Workshops. Has been a visiting faculty at UGC-Academic Staff Colleges at Osmania University, Kakatiya University and Acharya Nagarjuna University etc, A.P. Excise Academy. A.P. Police Academy, ICADR, CCRT, and NAARM. Delivered number of invited lectures. On the board of Examinations of several Universities. Held positions of NSS Programme Officer, Hostel Warden, Coordinator in the Examination Branch,Chief Regional Coordinator LAWCET , Vice-Principal and Principal of University College of Law, and Head,Department of Law,Osmania University. Instrumental in introduction of P.G. Diploma in IPR, and LL.B (5-YDC) in the Department, LL.M.Self Financing Courses in IPR, ADR and ITEL, successful organisation of three National Seminars on IPR, One Training and Orientation on IPR, and setting up of IPR Depositary in University College of Law. His areas of specialization are Constitutional Law and Human Rights. Has a special interst in the areas of IPR, Gender Justice and Judicial Behavior. Prior to joining the University Service, practiced as an Advocate in the A.P.High Court for more than six years.He has been teaching IPR at graduation and P.G.level for the last 12 years.

Dr.T.Vidya Kumari, B.Sc.,LL.M.,Ph.D.

 Professor

Specialised in the field of Mercantile Law. Has a teaching Experience of about two and half decades. Published two well received books and number of articles in standard law journals.Underwent special training in IPR at Paris under the auspices of WIPO. Has been a member of ATRIP. Has a rich administrative experience as the Principal of  P.G.College of Law for about seven years and Chirperson ,Board of Studies in Law ,Osmania University for about six years.Participated in number of national and international seminars and workshops and presented papers .Delivered invited lectures as a resource person in several UGC refresher and orientation courses. Has been successfully guiding Ph.D.Scholars for more than a decade.

Dr.S.B.Dwarakanath, B.A., LL.M., Ph.D.,

Associate Professor

Dr. Sripathi Dwarakanath graduated in Law from University College of Law, Osmania University.  He completed his Master’s degree in Law specializing in International Law from the same University and registered for Ph.D. which he completed in 1994 and was awarded the degree in the same year.  He has been on Teaching Faculty of Law of Osmania University for the past 13 years teaching various subjects of Law such as International law, Principles of Equity, Banking Law, Law of Crimes, Criminal Procedure Code, Intelletual Property Rights, Law of Torts and Consumer Protection for the LL.B. course.  He also teaches International Law of War, International Humanitarian Law, Law of the Sea, Air and Outer Space and Research Methodology for the post graduate students of law.  His area of Specialization is International Law, He has published several articles in recognized legal journals, discharged duties as Programme  Officer, NSS Law College Unit. He attended several international and national conferences relating to International Humanitarian law and refugee law and Intellectual Property Rights and presented papers Participated in Refresher courses and Orientation courses and also attended a Training Programme of Law teachers in the field of International Humanitarian law and Refugee law of Coching, Kerala.  He served as Member on the Faculty of Law, University of Kerala, Trivandrum.  He was co-ordinator for two National Seminars and one 15 days Training & Orientation Programme on I.P.R.  He was also the Vice-Principal of Univ.College of Law during the period May’2003 to May’2005  Asst. Chief Warden for O.U. Hostels for a period of 2 years.  He is the Associate Member of Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi.At present he is working as Principal,University College of Law.

Dr.D.T.Mohankrishna

LL.M.,Ph.D.

He has been teaching law for the last about 20 years.At present he is faculty in one of the affiliated private law colleges and he has obtained Ph.D. in the subject of IPR from Osmania University in 2009.At present he is teaching Law of Copyright , and Law relating to Trademarks and Designs  for the students of LL.M.(IPR).
